7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every Applighter template comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If the template doesn't meet your needs for any reason, we'll give you a full refund.

The 7-day period starts from the date of purchase as shown on your receipt.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@shaper.studio within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:

• Your order number or the email address used at checkout
• The name of the template you purchased

Processing Timeline

We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days of receiving your email. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What's Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

• Requests made more than 7 days after the date of purchase
• Third-party costs (such as AI API keys, hosting, or app store fees) that are not charged by Applighter
